It was in 1872, that the first Pâtisserie Samadi opened its doors in Lebanon. Throughout the years, many pastries baring that name were opened everywhere around the world. In 2006, we opened the first Pâtisserie Samadi in Canada.

Our family business is well known throughout the Middle East. Our pastries are known as low in fat compared with other pastries available on the market.

We prepare several kinds of fine and artisanal sweet and salty pastries, baklavas, maamouls, knafeh, petits-fours, cakes, ice cream, salted sticks, croissant and small bites, only to name a few. Our first priority is to produce fresh pastries every day. They are carefully hand-made with premium natural products.

We make cakes for all your special occasions. We offer catering and wholesale.
